Click on "request reservation" to create and submit an application for the Meeting Room 5. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 5 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 12/31/2023.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Portland Library staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your reservation is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal reservation agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your reservation is confirmed and you are set for your event.
